Cheetah: An Unexpected Teacher

I took this photo soon after arriving at a private Game Reserve near Port Elizabeth, South Africa.

I was feeling quite jet lagged, dis-regulated with sleep, meals, and a bit lost in time and space.

The cheetah appeared in the early morning of my first day out on Safari, just sitting there in that field of flowers as if to say:

Don't worry about having all of your ducks in a row; don't worry about feeling more grounded; don't worry about feeling more like 'yourself'...beauty can still happen...peace can still co-exist...the great mystery can still be here, unfolding moment to moment...just open and show up, just as you are.
